We are happy to inform you about the new Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provided by The Holman Group starting June 1, 2022.

The EAP is a resource to assist you in managing personal issues that may be affecting your life through free, confidential counseling and referrals. We believe this benefit will do an excellent job of meeting your needs. Your eligible dependents and all household members are also covered under the EAP. This allows you to share the EAP benefits with others in order to reduce any home stressors while at work.

Highlights of our program are:

  • 3 free and confidential counseling sessions with a licensed therapist
  • Nationwide toll-free number, staffed 24/7/365, by licensed therapists, available to help you in a crisis. (800) 321-2843
  • Referrals to community and commercial resources. Examples include:
    • Childcare Services
    • Eldercare Services
    • Educational Resources (tutorial programs, college prep, financial aid)
    • Religious Organizations, Volunteer Programs, Veteran’s Groups
    • Community Support (12-step programs, parenting groups, patient support groups)
  • Free legal consultations (30-minute phone consult per topic)
  • Free financial consultations (up to 60-minute phone consult per topic)
  • Access to discounts on wellness programs, fitness merchandise, travel, entertainment, home goods, electronics, streaming services, food delivery and much more.
  • Extra Benefit: Identity Theft Program – 60-minute consultation with a Fraud Resolution Specialists to mitigate damage after an identity theft incident or data breach.
